(Tractor Trailer) No suspension, revocation, or cancellation as a result of a moving violation or accident in the past 5 years No preventable DOT recordable accidents in the past 5 years No more than 2 jobs in the last year or 4 jobs in the last 3 yearsMore than 90 days of unemployment in the last 3 years needs documentationNo Sap driversBackground Friendly- will discussNo DUI/DWI in the last 8 years
