The NET (Non-Emergency Transport) Driver role is best suited for an individual that is compassionate and experienced in personalized customer service. The idea candidate has a desire to perform his/her job functions at the highest quality level. The service-oriented position requires the driver to transport clients to and from their destination on time and without sacrificing the element of comfort and security during the transport. The position requires the ability to use the latest technology in the vehicle as well as other electronic devices to ensure a safe and timely transport of the clients. The successful candidate will be required to complete First Aid, CPR, and BLS certifications. The employee will be trained in the proper methods for safe non-emergency transporting, proper use of equipment needed for transporting, proper handling of special transport situations, HIPAA Compliance requirements and protocol. The employee will receive weeks of extensive hands-on training prior to transporting patients. All training and certifications are company paid expenses and the employee is paid during the entire training period.
