We currently have an immediate opening for Professional Drivers and are looking for motivated professionals to fill these roles and take part in our continued growth! The successful candidate will be detail oriented, function best in a well-structured environment, and thrive on organization and consistency. Ideally, the individual will have prior experience and motivation to manage themselves and their moving helpers get their trucks on the road each morning on time and deliver exceptional service to our customers. Job Brief The need:

We are looking for professional drivers to operate our trucks and assist our customers with their moves. This role typically follows a Monday through Saturday schedule starting at 8:00 AM, with some variation on weekends. For “first thing” moves, drivers are expected to be on the road by 8:15 AM, fully equipped with necessary supplies and their team of helpers. Before leaving the warehouse, drivers must conduct a safety check of their assigned truck, ensure all supplies and materials for the job are loaded, verify that the truck contains the appropriate DOT and insurance cards, and log any issues or discrepancies. Our drivers play a key role in ensuring that the move goes smoothly while providing reassurance to the customer. They will provide supervision to their team, ensuring efficiency while maintaining the highest standards of professionalism and courtesy. Required Skills & Education Valid Driver’s License Minimum of 21 years of age. Provide a Clean 3 Year MVR from DMV Prior Experience in moving service. Ability to follow a process. Ability to work independently and safely. Reliable transportation to and from office Physical Requirements Physically strenuous activity makes up a large portion of this job, including lifting (up to 75 lbs.) on your own up and down stairs. Prolonged periods of standing, walking, and even climbing are involved along with working in close confines with other movers. Regular use of a tablet is essential for this position.
