We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Hot Shot driver to join our team. This is strictly over the road for a minimum of 2 weeks you can stay out longer. As a hot shot driver, you will be responsible for transporting goods and materials to various locations. This is a crucial role in our organization as you will play a key part in ensuring timely and efficient deliveries.•

Trailer Duties:

• Follow assigned routes and schedules to ensure on-time deliveries
• Adhere to all traffic laws and safety regulations while operating the vehicle
• Inspect vehicles before and after each trip to ensure they are in good working condition
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries, mileage, fuel consumption, and any incidents or delays
• Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and team members regarding delivery details

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
• Proven experience as a Truck Driver or similar role
• Knowledge of various truck types and their specific handling requirements (e.g., refrigerated trailers, roll-off trucks)
• Familiarity with route planning and navigation systems
• Strong attention to detail and time management skills
• Ability to lift heavy objects and perform physical tasks as required
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
