We’re hiring enthusiastic, college age students to join our team and experience firsthand how serving at camp can deepen both their own faith and that of their campers through outdoor adventure. One way Camp Highland invests in campers is to take them out on the lake! Each week, all cabins get a chance to go out and enjoy beautiful Carters lake, tubing behind our wake boats! We also offer specialty watersports weeks for high school campers. Responsibilities Daily boat and vehicle checks, including fueling Trailering to and from boat ramp Life guard certification (provided by Camp Highland during staff training) Maintain a safe and fun boat experience for campers and staff! Requirements Must have previous experience driving boats. Must have a valid driver’s license. Must be at least one year graduated from high school in order to work. Must be willing to get CPR, First Aid, and Lifeguard certified during staff training. •Room and board are included with this position at no cost to the staff member; they are not deducted from the weekly salary. From $300.00 per week Application Question(s): Will you be able to attend our Summer Staff Training from May 18th- May 31st? Due to the variety of ages of campers that we serve, we prefer that our Summer Staff falls between the ages of 18-23. Applicants outside this age range may not be considered for these roles.
