DRIVER ROOMS TO GO IN SUWANEE GA
Ansa Home Delivery LLC Suwanee, GA 30024 Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented To-go Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that all to-go orders are prepared accurately and efficiently, providing excellent customer service, and maintaining a clean and organized workspace. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and have a passion for delivering high-quality service to our customers. Duties Prepare and package food orders for takeout in accordance with company standards. Ensure accuracy of orders by double-checking items before they are handed off to customers. Maintain cleanliness and organization of the to-go area, including sanitizing surfaces and equipment regularly. Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely preparation of orders. Handle customer inquiries and concerns with professionalism and courtesy. Assist with inventory management by monitoring stock levels of packaging materials and supplies. Collaborate with team members to improve processes related to order fulfillment. Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties. Qualifications Previous experience in a food service or customer service role is preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Familiarity with freight operations, route driving, or commercial vehicle handling is a plus. Mechanical knowledge related to equipment used in food preparation is beneficial. Experience with manual transmission vehicles or paratransit services is an advantage. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
