Responsibilities Operate and drive a tractor-trailer safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and regulations. Load and unload freight, ensuring proper handling and securing of cargo. Maintain accurate delivery logs and records, reporting any discrepancies. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance. Communicate effectively with dispatch and other team members regarding delivery schedules and routes. Utilize manual transmission and various trailer types as needed for specific deliveries.
