In this role, you will be responsible for making sales calls and delivering products to various locations while ensuring excellent customer service. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills and a commitment to maintaining high standards of safety and efficiency on the road. This position requires effective communication skills and the ability to upsell products during deliveries. Duties Safely operate a commercial vehicle to deliver products to designated locations. Maintain an organized route schedule to ensure timely deliveries. Communicate effectively with customers, addressing any inquiries or concerns. Upsell additional products during delivery, enhancing customer satisfaction and sales. Perform routine vehicle inspections and maintenance checks to ensure safety compliance. Accurately handle cash transactions and maintain records of sales and deliveries. Utilize basic math skills for calculating delivery quantities and handling payments. Build strong relationships with customers through excellent service and support. Qualifications Valid driving license ; experience in commercial driving is a plus. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective customer interaction. Experience in upselling or sales is advantageous. Basic math skills for handling transactions and inventory management. A background in automotive industry is considered a plus but not required. Prior experience in customer service or related fields is beneficial.
