Conyers, GA 30013 Overview We are seeking a reliable and dedicated Truck Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently to various locations while providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and professionalism. Responsibilities Operate and drive a truck to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload cargo, ensuring that all items are secured properly for transport. Navigate routes efficiently while adhering to traffic laws and regulations. Maintain accurate delivery logs and documentation for all shipments. Provide exceptional customer service during deliveries, addressing any client inquiries or concerns. Conduct routine inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in safe operating condition. Utilize warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks as needed for loading and unloading tasks. Assist in maintaining cleanliness and organization within the vehicle and warehouse environment. Skills Experience in a warehouse setting is advantageous. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients. Previous experience as a delivery driver is a plus. Ability to perform heavy lifting as required during loading and unloading processes. Familiarity with operating box trucks and other delivery vehicles. Competence in using pallet jacks and other warehouse equipment safely.
