Tractor Trailer Driver AV Transports LLC LaGrange, GA Overview We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Tractor Trailer Driver to join our logistics team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting freight efficiently and safely across various routes. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and the ability to handle different types of trailers, dry van and refrigerated trailers. If you have a passion for driving and delivering exceptional service, we want to hear from you. Duties Operate tractor-trailer units to transport freight to designated locations in a timely manner. Ensure the safe loading and unloading of cargo, utilizing forklifts when necessary. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure it is in good working condition. Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations while maintaining a safe driving record. Manage delivery schedules effectively while communicating with dispatch regarding any delays or issues. Handle various types of trailers, including dry van and refrigerated as required Maintain accurate logs of driving hours, mileage, and fuel consumption in compliance with company policies. Qualifications Valid Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with a clean driving record. Proven experience as a delivery driver or in commercial driving roles. Familiarity with freight handling procedures and safety regulations. Experience operating manual and automatic transmission vehicles is preferred. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Excellent time management skills with a focus on punctuality and reliability. $1,146.00 – $1,492.00 per week
