Lead Installer Job Summary:

The Installer role plays a crucial part in the installation of XGrass artificial turf and accessories.

Duties/Responsibilities:

Must be based, or willing to relocate, to Austin, TX, or surrounding areas. Must be available to travel overnight for up to two weeks at a time, in some cases. Willingness to train and learn a trade. Install synthetic grass or a specific material for that job. Help to make sure the job is completed in a timely manner. Ensure the jobsite is clean and ready for the customer. Make sure the truck stays clean and organized. Responsible for additional duties and accountabilities that will be assigned as needed

Required Skills/Abilities:

Able to handle a wheel barrel of gravel Can handle the hot weather and elements Can lift more than 50lbs

Education and Experience:

High school diploma or equivalent Landscaper or field work is a plus
