Haughton, LA 71037 Overview We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Frac Sand Hauler to join our team. This position involves transporting frac sand to various job sites safely and efficiently. The ideal candidate will have experience in commercial driving and a strong understanding of route driving, ensuring timely deliveries while adhering to all safety regulations. Responsibilities Operate a tractor-trailer or dump truck to transport frac sand to designated locations. Ensure proper loading and unloading of materials, utilizing flatbed and forklift equipment as needed. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of the vehicle to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including freight documentation and route logs. Follow all traffic laws and company policies while on the road. Communicate effectively with dispatch regarding any issues or delays encountered during transport. Assist in maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of the truck. Qualifications Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) with a clean driving record. Experience operating manual transmission vehicles is preferred. Familiarity with freight handling, route driving, flatbed operations, and dump truck functions. Ability to operate forklifts safely and efficiently. Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety protocols. Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Previous experience with refrigerated trailers is a plus but not required.
