Truck Drivers AD is a family-owned enterprise based in Canton, Michigan, managinga fleet of approximately 500 trucks. Our primary operational regions lie to the east of the MississippiRiver and within the Midwest. (Please note that we do not offermandatory dispatch services to the islands and boroughs of NewYork.) Why Drive for AD? $0.60 CPM (cents per mile) $80.00/day per diem Average $1,400-1,800/week 2,500-2,800 miles/week Guaranteed home-time 75% drop-&-hook No-touch freight Weekly pay (on Wednesdays, pay period isSunday-Saturday) Health insurance (see below for more information) Paid holidays Paid Time Off (PTO) One-day orientation (paid $150 on first dispatch) Additional pay information: Michigan’s daily per diem rate is $80.00. In quarter four of 2024, this is what our fleet averaged: Top 5% averaged 3,880 miles Top 10% averaged 3,404 miles Top 25% averaged 2,925 miles Top 50% averaged 2,640 miles 20% of our fleet is made up of drivers who have surpassed onemillion miles with our company, and 7% have surpassed 2million. Bonuses & Benefits Get paid for clean DOT inspections! Clean inspection for general commodity = $50.00 bonus Clean inspection for Hazmat freight = $100.00 bonus Have a Hazmat endorsement? Hazmat placarded loads = $100.00 bonus for each load Please note that a Hazmat endorsement is not a prerequisite foremployment.
