McLane Drivers safely deliver and unload product from ourdistribution centers to our customers, and they earn great pay andbenefits. McLane promotes earning, learning, and living a greatlife. We are a team, and we want to work with you. So, here’s thedetails:
Pay Rate:
Drivers make $65,000 to $95,000 average in theirfirst year $5,000 Sign-On Bonus Day 1 Benefits available: medical,dental, and vision insurance, FSA/HSA and company-paid lifeinsurance. Regional routes, home time during the week and everyweekend. Discount programs. 401(k) Profit Sharing Plan after 90days. Paid holidays, vacation time, sick leave accrual, tuitionreimbursement program, and more! Training available to drivers witha commercial license who need more road time. Many route optionsavailable including a traveling driver option with premium pay.
Shuttle, yard drivers, linehaul and part-time are also available.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
At least 21 years of age.
Have a Commercial Driver License (CDL Class A, Class B, or Class C)with a clean driving record. Recent CDL graduate drivers. Must meetMcLane’s MVR and risk rating qualifications. Candidates may besubject to a background check and drug screen, in accordance withapplicable laws.
