Main Responsibilities:
- Greeting our customers and making surethey have a great experience as you fuel and wash vehicles
- Performing vehicle readiness inspections to make sure tires,fluids, and other basic maintenance items are done
- Helping makesure our facilities are clean, safe environments for our customersand associates
- Building your skills through training and hands-oncoaching to perform minor repairs such as installing mounted tires,replacing or rotating tires and performing preventive maintenancerepairs

General Requirements:
- High school diploma, equivalent, or prior work experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license required
- Excellent customer service andcommunication skills
- The ability to work well as part of a team
- The ability and willingness to work outside
- Basic mechanicalability and tool usage (preferred)
- Basic computer skills
- Theassociate will be required to understand and comply with specificinstructions, guidelines, rules, regulations, or other informationestablished by Penske management
- The associate must be able toperform all work adhering to DOT, OSHA, and all Penske safety andmaintenance policies; including but not limited to the correctselection and use of appropriate tools, PPE, machine guarding, andestablished best safety practice.
- Regular, predictable, fullattendance is an essential function of the job
- As this positionrequires driving Penske and customer vehicles, it is regulated bythe DOT and requires a current driver qualification file to bemaintained as required by the role.
The driver qualification fileincludes:
an annual motor vehicle records (MVR) check, asuccessfully completed DOT Physical, and Safety Performance Historyrecords request from prior employers in the last 3 years.
Additionally, CDL holders will have a DOT Drug Screening within 30days of start and subject to a FMCSA Clearinghouse review.
- Willingness to work the required schedule, work at the specificlocation required, complete Penske employment application, submitto a background screening (to include criminal checks, pastemployment and education), the ability to pass a drug screen andphysical as required by the Department of Transportation, andpotential travel within a near geography for training are required.
This position is regulated by the Department of Transportation ordesignated as safety sensitive by the company, and the ability towork in a constant state of alertness and in a safe manner isrequired. Associates must have the ability to accept responsibilityfor their own safety, as well as the safety of others.

- The associate must be able to worksafely at heights using applicable ladders and elevated workingplatforms.
- The associate must be able to safely work in allweather conditions.
- Given the frequent movement of large trucksthrough the workplace, the associate must be able to see and hearin order to safely navigate the work environment.
- The associatemust be able to regularly lift and/or move up to 50lbs/23kg andoccasionally lift and/or move up to 100lbs/45kg.
