UESI seeks an experienced Non-Union Pile Drivers to join our growing construction team. The ideal candidate will have a solid background in heavy civil and marine construction, working with pile driving equipment and rigging systems in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
Operate and assist with driving piles using diesel, hydraulic, or drop hammers
Set up, inspect, and maintain pile driving rigs and associated equipment
Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and pile driving layouts
Follow safety procedures andply with OSHA regulations
Collaborate with crane operators, riggers, and supervisors toplete pile installations
Perform basic maintenance on tools and equipment
Work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including water-based or elevated sites
Travel to project sites as needed
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years of pile driving or heavy civil construction experience
Ability to work at heights, over water, and in physically demanding environments
Proficient with rigging, signaling, and equipment safety practices
Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work 10+ hour shifts as required
Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
TWIC card and
OSHA 10/30
