What You’ll Do:
Operate a company-provided pilot car to escort over-dimensional loads Navigate and guide routes for loads exceeding 200 ft in length and 20 ft in width Communicate with drivers, DOT, and escort teams to ensure safety and compliance Assist with route planning, hazard identification, and clearances Maintain logs, equipment, and vehicle standards

Requirements:
1+ years experience escorting oversized/heavy haul loads Proven experience with: Loads 200+ ft long 13-axle trailers Widths up to 20 ft Valid driver’s license ( CDL preferred ) Clean MVR (no major violations in last 3 years) Knowledge of oversize load regulations and safety practices Strong communication and teamwork skills Ability to travel overnight or for extended periods Must pass a DOT physical and drug screening
Job Requirements:
Minimum 1 years of experience escorting oversized/heavy haul loads Proven experience handling: 200+ ft long 13-axle trailers Up to 20 ft wide loads Valid driver’s license (CDL not required but preferred) Clean MVR (no major violations within the last 3 years) Strong understanding of oversize load safety protocols Ability to communicate clearly with drivers, law enforcement, and DOT personnel Proficient in navigation , route planning , and adapting to detours Must be available for overnight travel and extended runs Ability to pass a drug test and DOT physical Reliable, professional, and detail-oriented
Wage Range:
68000.00 – 72000.00 per year
