The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting passengers and goods to designated locations while providing exceptional customer service. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, punctuality, and maintaining a positive experience for all passengers. Responsibilities Safely operate various types of vehicles, including buses, shuttles, limousines, and paratransit vehicles. Ensure timely pick-up and drop-off of passengers at scheduled locations. Communicate effectively with passengers regarding routes, schedules, and any changes in service. Maintain cleanliness and proper functioning of the vehicle by performing regular inspections and basic maintenance. Adhere to all traffic laws and company policies while driving. Provide excellent customer service by assisting passengers with their needs during transport. Keep accurate records of trips, including mileage, fuel consumption, and passenger counts. Collaborate with dispatchers and other team members to ensure efficient operations. Experience Previous experience in commercial driving or similar roles is preferred. Familiarity with shuttle driving, delivery driving, bus driving, or limousine services is a plus. Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups of people. Experience in paratransit or school bus driving is advantageous but not mandatory. A valid commercial driver’s license (CDL) is required for this position.
