Waste Collector

• Truck driver Pioneer Valley Waste 40 Oneil St, Easthampton, MA 01027

Responsibilities:

• Collect, transport, and dispose of waste and recycle material from residential areas
• Safely operate a truck to transport materials to and from job sites
• Load and unload materials, equipment safety
• Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving
• Perform routine inspections and maintenance on the truck, maintain records
• Communicate with dispatch to ensure timely deliveries
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and pick-ups

Experience:

• Previous experience operating a dump truck or similar heavy equipment preferred
• Familiarity with manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to safely load and unload materials
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow directions accurately
