Adecco is assisting one of their top clients with their search for a Mailroom Driver in Marlborough, MA.
This Mailroom Driver role is paying $21/hr.

Hours:

M-Fri 8-5
The Mailroom Driver drives between Home Office locations to deliver mail and accountable packages, payroll, and various other items traveling between buildings. Participates in the daily activities of the Mail Center to include one or more of the following: processing and shipping of mail and packages, metering of outgoing U.S. Mail. May provide back up to support all non-lead Mail Center associates, performing various duties and services, as necessary.
Major Areas of Responsibility
Responsible for maintaining trucks to include daily vehicle inspection, keeping up with maintenance schedules, taking trucks in for service as needed. Load and unload courier trucks on dock.
Responsible for ensuring loads are secure.
Sort courier by delivery location.
Ads to strict courier schedule to ensure deadlines are met.
Communicating schedule changes, maintenance requirements, and courier related information.
Performs other duties and/or special projects as assigned or directed by management.

Required Skills:

Must pass DOT physical and maintain a valid DOT physical annually.
Capable of driving large box trucks, with valid driver’s license.
Large corporate environment work experience highly preferred. Microsoft Office experience required, specifically Excel, Outlook and Word.
Superiormunication, interpersonal, andanizational skills. Demonstrate resourcefulness, problem solving, and thrive in a busy atmosp.
Must be able to multi-task, manage time efficiently, and prioritize tasks.
Knowledge of all services performed by the Mail Center, including familiarity with U.S. Post Office and FedEx services and products.
Ability to work independently.
Requires flexibility in performing various job duties.
Minimum Experience
1-2 years Mail Center or related experience.
1-2 years delivery driver experience.

Pay Details:

$21.00 per hour
