Position Summary:
The primary function of this position is to maintain a clean and organized work area as well as perform light maintenance including sanitizing, trash disposal, cleaning, sweeping, light electrical and light HVAC work as well as some back up driving duty. We will train the right person!
Essential Functions:
Clean and maintain a secure and safe work environment. Capable of performing light electrical and HVAC work. Dispose of trash on a regular basis. Back up Driver Other duties as assigned.
Qualifications :
Positive Attitude Some electrical/HVAC capability. Clean driving record. High School Diploma or equivalent. Dependable and reliable
Physical Demands :
Able to lift up to 60 pounds & sometimes work in a cold environment
