Overview:
Driver ASPiRE!, an Affiliate of Seven Hills Foundation Join the team at ASPiRE! and play a vital role in ensuring safe and timely transportation for program participants while supporting their independence and well-being.
Pay:
$20hr
Sign-on Bonus:
$500 (50% paid at 6 months and 50% paid at 12 months) Benefits for Full-time employees:

Paid Holidays Accrued Paid Sick Time Responsibilities:
Transportation:
Safely transport individuals to and from the program along an assigned route.
Participant Supervision:
Ensure safety and enforce conduct rules during transport.
Vehicle Maintenance:
Maintain cleanliness, fuel the vehicle, and report any mechanical issues promptly.
Emergency Response:
Follow emergency procedures for participant safety as needed.
Program Support:
Assist with additional driving assignments and tasks as directed by the Director.
Qualifications:
Education & Experience:
High school diploma, GED, or HiSET required. Valid standard driver’s license (Class C or D) with at least three (3) years of a verifiably clean driving record. Must be 21 years or older. No prior experience required.
Skills & Knowledge:
