Dry Van:

Flatbed:

Box Truck:

$4,000

Lease-On Fee Requirements:

Minimum 2 years OTR experience 2 years CDL A required (Dry Van & Flatbed) No CDL A required for Box Truck (but 2 years OTR still required) At least 23 years old Max 3 violations in 3 years 1 accident max (must provide police report)
