⚐ ⚑ ⚑ 85c/mile CDL A Hotshot compensation: $2500+ employment type: job title: 85c/mile CDL A Hotshot We are seeking a skilled Truck Driver to join our transportation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely operating a 2022 RAM 3500 (hotshot) and ensuring the timely delivery of freight. This role requires a strong commitment to safety, excellent driving skills, and effective communication with clients. Properly secure cargo using chains, straps, and tarps to prevent shifting or damage during transit. Perform regular load checks and adjust securements as needed. Conduct pre-trip and post-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure safety and compliance with regulations. Communicate effectively with dispatchers regarding route changes or delays. Communicate professionally with clients during pickups and deliveries. Requirements Valid commercial driver’s license (CDL Class A) endorsements is a big +. Clean Driving Record, no recent accidents, DUI/DWI, or serious violations. Good Motor Vehicle Record (MVR) for at least 3 years. Previous experience with flatbed loads, including securing cargo (chains, straps, tarps). Ability to operate forklifts and other loading equipment is a plus.
