Transit Driver 4.3 4.3 out of 5 stars West Plains, MO 65775 SMTS has an immediate opening for a transit driver. Join a team that is making a difference in the Howell County community! SMTS provides transportation for seniors, individuals with disabilities and the rural general public. As a transit driver, you help fulfill our mission of “Anyone can Ride”. Applicants must be at least 21 years old and have a clean driving record. Applicants hours will vary daily. All transit drivers are subject to pre-employment drug and alcohol screening including marijuana, a background check and to register with the Family Care Safety Registry.
