WANTED HOPPER DRIVERS

We are looking to add hopper drivers to our existing contract. We haul different types of meals, e.g.: chicken, beef and bone, pork and fish, mainly for pet food. We do haul other agriculture products in between as well. Our primary region is the mid-West, but we do sometime expand it if the rates are right, because the drivers are paid a percentage of the load. We have Manuel and Automatic transmissions available.

• Weekly direct deposit
• Percentage of load pay
• forward facing cameras
• 4-year-old or newer trucks
• brand new hoppers
• prepass in all trucks
• 1099 positions available

RESPONSIBILITIES LOADING & UNLOADING

• How to correctly load your trailer using your gauges to max legal weight
• Broom sweeping the inside of your hopper after your delivery to prepare for your next load GENERAL
• Understanding the AG exemption rule for your ELOGs
• Following DOT regulations & safety standards
• Complete all logs and reports in a timely manner
• Promptly submitting ALL documents after load completion
• Ensure your truck is well maintained, safe and clean
• Planning routes to meet delivery deadlines and customer requirements and fuel stops
• Commutation and coordinating with dispatchers and customers
• Obeying all traffic laws and regulations
• Reporting any accidents or issues on the route

Qualifications:

• Must be at least 23 years old with min 2 years OTR experience
• Must be able to pass a Road and Parking Test
• Must be able to pass a drug test
• No more than one violation and no accidents
• Must complete an online application (link below)
