Key Responsibilities:

Schedule, route, and pick up clients as assigned, ensuring only scheduled clients are transported. Operate vehicles in accordance with the company’s vehicle use policy and procedures. Maintain safety by adhering to traffic laws, using seat belts, and reporting any suspicious activity during transport. Complete incident reports as necessary and maintain professional boundaries with clients. Conduct safety checks on vehicles and report any mechanical issues to leadership immediately. Credential Qualifications:

High School Diploma or General Equivalency Diploma is required. Must be at least 21 years of age.

Additional Qualifications:

Successful completion of background check including criminal record, driving record, and abuse/neglect. Must possess and maintain an acceptable driving record and current vehicle insurance. Must possess and maintain a Missouri Class E license. Must attain and maintain certification in CPI, CPR, First Aid, and Blood Borne Pathogens.

Physical Requirements:

Regularly required to stand, walk, and sometimes sit; use hands to handle or feel objects; reach with hands and arms; and talk or hear. Specific vision abilities required include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Must be able to move quickly in case of an emergency and have the physical ability to render aid. This job may be stressful, requiring attention to driving, interaction with clients, and ensuring a safe driving environment.
