Yard Spotter 1.0 1.0 out of 5 stars 525 Turner Boulevard, Saint Peters, MO 63376 PFD Supply, a subsidiary of Prairie Farms Dairy, has an immediate opening for a Yard Spotter. Duties include maintaining the flow of the yard by directing in-bound and out-bound trailers in the yard.

• Maintain a high level of organization with the storage trailers and route trailers in the yard.
• The Yard Spotter will put the returning trailers into the dock doors to be cleaned off before reuse.
• All returning route trailer will be stripped by removing all empty pallets, empty crates, and pallet straps.
• All returning route trailer will be cleaned by removing all used plastic wrap and sweeping out the trailer.
• If the trailer has a spill or has allergens on the floor of the trailer, then the trailer will be put on hold until it has been completely cleaned and sanitized.
• Maintain fuel in all trailers at a minimum of ¾ or more.
• The Yard spotter will ensure any trailers in the yard that have product on it is properly sealed and documented.
• Perform at least two lot checks daily to check for proper temperatures of trailers with product and are sealed properly.
• The Yard Spotter will keep every running trailer’s hooked-up to electric when possible.
• Report any issues with trailers on the yard to their immediate supervisor in a timely manner.
• The Yard Spotter is responsible for keep all dock doors closed and locked, at all time, except while in use.
• All returning product left on returning route trailers will be managed by the yard spotter by filling out a Route Return Summary at the time when the trailer is being stripped and cleaned.
• The Yard Spotter will take all food items that are being returned to a Supervisor, to be checked, before returning to inventory and documented.
