Material Driver ProBuilding Solutions LLC Desloge, MO 63601
Position Overview:
ProBuilding Solutions is seeking a Material Driver / Laborer who is ready to hit the ground running. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role requiring minimal training. Candidates must have prior experience loading and unloading construction materials, working with work orders , and verifying accurate deliveries . When not delivering materials, you’ll assist as a laborer or repair tech —meaning experience in roofing and siding installation is highly preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
Load and unload materials according to work orders. Ensure materials are correctly loaded for delivery. Operate trailers and hook/unhook them properly. Drive locally between job sites (not an over-the-road position). Use boom lifts and deliver shingles directly to roofs. Perform labor tasks, including roofing and siding repairs/installations. Respond to shifting job priorities—expect to be pulled between tasks as needed.
Requirements:
Proven work history in material delivery and general construction. Roofing and siding experience, with understanding of all roofing components. Ability to lift 80+ lbs repeatedly . Comfortable working in physically demanding and varied conditions. Able to operate a boom lift safely and correctly. Must have a clean driving record and clean background check . Valid driver’s license. Must be a fast learner —this role involves minimal supervision and training.
Other Notes:
We are a small business , and we operate differently from larger city-based companies. Flexibility and adaptability are key. Jobs can be more physically demanding if boom access is restricted.
