Company Driver – 2 Years Experience Arch Express 135 Weldon Parkway, Maryland Heights, MO 63043 Position Summary The Full-Time Driver makes deliveries in the St. Louis metropolitan area utilizing company vehicles – cargo vans, box trucks (Class E license and experience required), and company SUV. Arch drivers provide excellent customer service as well as safe and efficient driving and package handling to ensure Arch Express exceeds its annual business objectives, ultimately maximizing revenue and profitability for the organization. Delivers packages with efficiency, accuracy, safety, and a high level of customer service that goes “above and beyond” Communicates effectively with dispatchers and staff and has a “can-do” attitude when dealing with office staff and customers Warehouse sorting and checking in of products as needed Collaborates and problem-solves when issues arise

Days:

Monday-Friday Hours:

8 hour shift between 8:00am and 4:00pm – negotiable and flexible Knowledge, Skills & Abilities Ability to drive large vehicles safely and efficiently Ability to take directions on prioritizing deliveries as required by Arch and its customers High stamina and the ability to handle pressure Must possess a positive, confident, and tactful manner Detail-oriented and a clear focus on accuracy Education, Experience, Certifications Two (2) years of driving/delivery experience preferred, but not required Prior experience working in the logistics industry is helpful, but not required Class E Driver’s License or higher Ability to drive 26 ft box truck (experience) Compensation Hourly Rate based on experience

Weekly Hours:

Forty (40) – some overtime if needed and approved
