27% base with scale up to 30%. $1400 – $1700 PerWeek Paid vacation and holidays; medical, dental, and visioninsurance; short-term disability, long-term disability; 401K,$20,000 life insurance at no-cost to the driver 48 Hours Weekly Home Time Rider must be 13 and up, pet policy allows K9 under 90pounds
