Characteristics of Work This position is responsible fortransporting program participants from rural areas of Hinds Countyto various destinations within Hinds County in accordance withapplicable guidelines and regulations of the Mississippi Departmentof Transportation (MDOT). The work also involves transporting mealsto the elderly and disabled once a week in accordance withapplicable guidelines and regulations of the Central MississippiPlanning & Development District (CMPDD). Qualifications High schooldiploma or GED. Ability to communicate effectively. Must possess avalid Mississippi Driver’s License and clean driving record. ANDApplicants must submit to and pass drug screening tests as outlinedby Hinds County Human Resource Agency’s Personnel Policies andProcedures.
