CL A Drivers Out 10-14 Home 2 Days-100% No Touch Dry Van-70-94K Exile TR Hickory, NC Class A CDL Drivers – High Weekly Pay, No-Touch OTR Freight, Home Every 10-14 Days for a Full 2 Days Looking for reliable Class A drivers to run OTR routes (60% East of I-35) with no-touch, dry van freight. Compensation & Pay Structure Weekly Pay Range:

$1,300 – $1,800+ Starting CPM Based on

Verified Experience:

o 3-5 months: $0.54 CPM o 6-11 months: $0.55 CPM o 12-24 months: $0.56 CPM o 24+ months: $0.60 CPM 65% Drop & Hook Route Details OTR dry van freight (no-touch) 60% of routes run East of I-35 Limited runs to the West Coast and New England Home every 10-14 days (every other weekend) Perks & Benefits Full benefits after 30 days (Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), Paid Vacation) Rider & Pet policy from Day 1

Driver Requirements Minimum Experience:

3 months of verifiable Class A experience in the last 3 years (local, regional, or OTR)

DOT Drug/Alcohol Test:

No failed or refused DOT drug/alcohol tests ever

Safety Record:

o No terminations for safety reasons in the past 6 months (must have at least one job since) o No more than 3 moving violations in the past 3 years o No major violations (15+ mph over, careless/reckless) in the past 12 months o Max 1 DOT preventable accident in the past 3 years (none in past 12 months) o Max 2 non-DOT reportable accidents & 5 incidents (e.g., parking lot) in 3 years
