Job Description
Vac Truck Operator 4.0 4.0 out of 5 stars New Bern, NC 28562 Position requires North Carolina Class A CDL with Tanker Endorsement Vacuum Truck Operator will perform a variety of daily tasks that require technical skills and a sense of responsibility that include but are not limited to: 1. Perform daily checks of truck and vacuum equipment to ensure they are functioning properly. 2. Running collection routes & optimize operational efficiency. 3. Handling vacuum lines and loading and unloading equipment safely. 4. Communicating with customers to confirm details of collection. 5. Safely operating a commercial truck on city streets. 6. Using a 3″ hose to vacuum food grease from restaurant holding tanks and properly disposing of it at our treatment facility.
