Job Description We arecurrently seeking a Yard Driver to operate a yard truck safely,accurately, and efficiently to move trailers from the yard toshipping doors.
Factory Location :
Hollis, ME Compensation :
$29.45/ hour with $.50 increases at 90 and 180 days Shift differential:6•8% of base hourly rate paid for applicable hours worked
Schedule:
Sunday•Tuesday and E/O Saturday 12-hour shifts on arotating schedule 6:00 pm to 6:00 am, Night Shift Ability to workholidays and weekends per business needs Sign on
Bonus:
$1000•paid out in two increments

SkillsRequired:
Focus on safe work practices and high quality whileexecuting duties with a sense of urgency Adhere to all requiredsafety requirements, company policies, and procedures Move trailersin and out of the dock in a timely manner Inspect trailers andloads in the yard and on the dock as needed Ensure accurate andtimely loading and unloading of tractor-trailers per pick ticketrequirements Troubleshoot equipment problems, follow preventativemaintenance procedures, and make basic repairs and documentadjustments Prepare and continuously document all reportingrequirements accurately and a timely manner Interact with warehouseteam members, production, and quality control to maximize outputefficiency, quality, and safety Work with peers and teammates toachieve departmental and plant goals Follow plant standards toexecute the recycling program which includes the operation of agrinder and baler Operate a forklift to perform shipping /receiving activities in a fast-paced environment Utilize variousdesktop systems to prioritize and organize workload Workindependently and as a team to accomplish daily tasks Dockcoordination and loading / shipping duties as needed Qualifications
REQUIREMENTS
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent workexperience Valid Class A Commercial Driver’s License (forapplicable CDL positions) 1 or more years of experience driving ayard truck is preferred Ability to lift and move objects up to 50lbs. with or without a reasonable accommodation Experience withwarehouse inventory scanners and basic maintenance equipment ispreferred Working knowledge of Microsoft applications and SAPexperience is a plus Prior forklift or heavy equipment experiencein a manufacturing environment is preferred Ability to sit for longperiods of time and drive backwards as needed You must have theability to obtain a DOT medical card for the purpose of working forPrimo Brands (for applicable CDL positions) You must possess aclean driving record, which means: in the last 3 years that you’veonly had 1 license, no driving-related suspensions, revocations, orcancellations, no disqualifying offenses, no more than 2 movingviolations and no reckless driving incidents and in the last 3years, no major driving offenses including DUI/DWI, refusal totest, leaving the scene, driving a commercial vehicle without aCDL, or at-fault fatal accident Must be 21 years of age or older(for applicable CDL positions) Primo Brands’ established portfolioincludes billion-dollar brands Poland Spring® and Pure Life®,premium brands like Saratoga® and Mountain Valley®, regionalleaders such as Arrowhead®, Deer Park®, Ice Mountain® Ozarka®, andZephyrhills®, purified brands, Primo Water® and Sparkletts®, andflavored and enhanced brands like Splash® and ACION®.
