OWNER OPERATORS

to contract with and transport palletized freight or trailers from Amazon to various shipping companies, covering an average distance of 250 miles (regional) or 700 miles plus for OTR. We offer a professional and supportive work environment with a strong focus on performance and reliability. We also offer business training for owner-operators seeking to become independent carriers. You will be able to book each load yourself. These loads can be run full-time, but this option is excellent for consistent filler loads, as loads are available throughout the United States at the click of a button.

Compensation:

90% of the gross for each load paid out weekly.

Position:

(W9 Subcontractor), flexible schedules seven days a week, loads may be in the windows of (11 pm – 6 am).

Requirements:

• Valid driver’s license (CDL required for semi).
• Ability to obtain a DOT medical card.
• Age 21 or older.
• Strong punctuality, reliability, and physical fitness.
• Clean driving record

Preferred:

One year of experience with 24-26 ft box trucks and/or power only semi-trucks.

Responsibilities:

• Handle 1-3 stops per load, operate liftgate and pallet jack (BOX TRUCK), or pick up and deliver Amazon trailers.
• Load and unload the truck and deliver palletized products to various shipping companies.
• Stay ahead of schedule and maintain communication with Amazon’s app.
• Scan each pallet every step of the way.

• Dependable, adaptable, detail-oriented, achievement-driven, and able to work independently in high-paced environments.

Bonuses:

• Referral bonuses: 2.5% of gross per load added to compensation for all future loads for each referral after 60 days of consistent full work weeks.
