We service a diverse client base, including mechanical contractors, facility managers, property managers, event coordinators, restaurant owners/managers, healthcare facilities management, education facilities management, data center operations, and construction management. Our specialized focus on temperature control equipment, local presence, and personalized service differentiate us from competitors. Located in Charlotte, North Carolina and Charleston, South Carolina, we provide 24/7 emergency services and are expanding to Atlanta, Georgia. Position Overview This is a full-time on-site role, located in the Charlotte, North Carolina Metropolitan Area, for a Technician. The Technician will be responsible for the setup, maintenance, and troubleshooting of portable air conditioning, dehumidification, and heating equipment. Daily tasks will include equipment installation, routine service checks, and responding to emergency service calls. Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality service in a timely manner is a key responsibility Job Responsibilities + Performing deliveries and retrievals + Preparing equipment for rental + Performing routine checks on equipment, ensuring for safety and quality + Suggesting equipment and supplies to meet customer needs + Loading and unloading rental equipment + Local and long-distance driving

Requirements:
