Logistics Solutions Inc is hiring experienced CDL-A team drivers for one of our most profitable and consistent lanes — running refrigerated freight coast-to-coast all year long.
Route Overview:
Pickup in New Jersey Run directly to Sacramento, CA Return with delivery in New York City For teams that prefer not to enter NYC, we provide a local delivery partner to handle the final mile — you drop the load locally and avoid city driving.
WHAT YOU GET
$4,000-$6,000 per week per team (That’s $2,000-$3,000 weekly per driver) $0.75 CPM split — paid on all miles (loaded + empty) 100% no-touch freight Weekly direct deposit Year-round freight on a dedicated lane 24/7 dispatch and logistics support Fuel discounts at major chains (Pilot, Flying J, Love’s, TA) Modern fleet: 2022-2024 Freightliner & Volvo trucks (automatic transmission, sleeper cabs, advanced safety tech)

ORIENTATION PROCESS
Orientation held at our Chicago terminal We schedule a urinalysis in your local area before booking travel Flight provided after results are received 1-day orientation with $150 pay per driver Immediate dispatch available
REQUIREMENTS CDL-A
license – team application only Lead driver: 2+ years experience
Co-driver:
1+ year experience Clean MVR and background Reefer experience preferred (training available)
