Responsibilities:

Safe Transportation:

Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently, adhering to all traffic laws and company policies. Maintain a professional and courteous driving style.

Passenger Comfort & Professionalism:

Provide a safe, clean, and comfortable environment during transport. Represent CareerCommute by Klimb in a professional manner at all times

Communication & Coordination:

Communicate with dispatch or management regarding route updates, delays, or other issues. Maintain an on-time schedule for morning pick-ups and afternoon/evening returns.

Documentation & Vehicle Maintenance:

Complete required daily trip logs and mileage reports. Conduct basic vehicle checks and report maintenance needs promptly.

Skills and Qualifications:

Valid Driver’s License; clean driving record. Minimum 1-2 years of professional driving experience transporting passengers (experience with ride share, school bus, church van, patient transport, or shuttle driving preferred). Excellent customer service and communication skills. Punctuality and reliability required. Ability to assist passengers as needed and ensure a safe ride.

Schedule:

Full and Part-time positions available. Part time is approximately 4-6 hours per day. Morning pick-ups (transport to work) and evening return trips (transport home).
