Full-Time | Over-the-Road (OTR) All Around Transport NC is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Non-CDL Hotshot Driver to join our team. This is an over-the-road (OTR) position requiring long-haul driving with 3 weeks on the road and 1 week home. We are committed to providing reliable transport services and are looking for a responsible driver who values safety, compliance, and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Safely operate a hotshot truck for long-haul transport
• Ensure compliance with DOT regulations and company safety policies
• Load, secure, and transport freight efficiently
• Maintain accurate trip logs and documentation
• Conduct vehicle inspections and perform basic maintenance as needed

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Must have prior experience as a hotshot driver
• Strong knowledge of DOT compliance and long-haul driving procedures
• No driving violations in the past three (3) years – no exceptions
• Ability to commit to a 3-week OTR / 1-week home schedule
• Strong communication skills and professionalism
