Position Overview:

As an Auto Instructor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping theminds and skills of our students. Your expertise in small engines,diagnostics, and repair will be the guiding light that leads themto a promising career in many different industries. We believe thathands-on learning is the key to success, so get ready to dive intothe world of interactive teaching and inspire the next generationto conquer the challenges of modern automotive technology.

Inspire and Educate:

Create an engaging andinclusive learning environment where students can flourish,fostering their passion for auto mechanics while imparting yourexpert knowledge.

Hands-On Training:

Lead by example and providepractical demonstrations, ensuring students gain real-worldexperience in diagnosing, maintaining, and repairing smallengines.

Curriculum Development:

Collaborate with our education teamto enhance existing courses and develop new ones that align withindustry trends and advancements.

Mentorship:

Guide and mentorstudents on their individual projects, encouraging them to thinkcritically and find innovative solutions.

Safety First:

Instill theimportance of safety procedures and best practices to ensure asecure working environment for students.

Qualifications Qualifications:

Education:

High school diploma or

GEDExperience:

3-5years of practical work experience in the field

Certifications:

ASEsare highly valued!!

Communication Skills:

Strong communication andinterpersonal skills, enabling you to effectively connect withstudents and fellow staff

Patience and Empathy:
