Job Description We are looking for Concrete Delivery Professionals to safely and efficiently transport ready-mix concrete to job sites across Charlotte and surrounding areas. If you’re a reliable, safety-conscious driver with a CDL and a strong work ethic, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

Operate a concrete mixer truck to deliver ready-mix concrete to job sites in and around Charlotte. Ensure proper loading, transportation, and unloading of concrete per customer specifications. Perform pre-trip and post-trip vehicle inspections to ensure equipment safety. Follow DOT regulations, company policies, and all safety procedures. Communicate effectively with dispatch and customers to ensure timely deliveries. Maintain a clean and professional truck appearance.

Qualifications:

CDL Class A or B license with a motor vehicle record that meets insurance standards. Previous experience with concrete delivery, construction, or heavy truck operation preferred, but willing to train. Ability to operate a mixer truck and follow delivery schedules efficiently. Strong communication and customer service skills. Physical ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work in varying weather conditions. Punctual, dependable, and committed to workplace safety.
