8am•4pm or until transport is complete

Pay Rate:

$15•$16 per hour

Job Summary:

Are you ready to embark on an exciting journey with us? We are on the lookout for dedicated and reliable Drivers to join our dynamic team! Your role will be crucial in providing safe and professional transportation services for clients in early substance abuse recovery. Based out of our beautiful Rocky Mount, NC location, you will play a vital part in supporting our impactful programs throughout North Carolina!
As a valued team member, you will utilize a company-provided vehicle and fuel card, which means no need to worry about using your personal vehicle or reimbursement concerns!

Key Responsibilities:

Transport clients to and from designated regional locations with care and professionalism. (Region includes North Carolina and Virginia)
Supervise and ensure the safety of clients during transportation.
Maintain accurate and complete documentation related to services provided.
Respond effectively to emergency situations as needed.
Work independently with minimal supervision.
Lift up to 50 lbs. if necessary.
Perform additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications & Requirements:

Education:

High School Diploma or equivalent (preferred but not required).

Experience:

Previous transportation experience preferred but not required.

Licensing:

Must possess a valid driver’s license and maintain a safe driving record.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to interact effectively with diverse populations.
Excellent time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to remain calm and make objective, ethical decisions in crisis situations.
