About the role The CDL Class A Tanker driver will perform duties associated with transporting hazardous and non-hazardous waste between Reworld facilities and the client’s sites. Drives will have the opportunity to operate a variety of equipment including vacuum tankers, vacuum trucks, vans, and flat-beds.

Responsibilities:

Operate equipment in a safe manner following DOT regulations and company policies and regulations. Drive commercial vehicles to pick up and transport waste to a designated location safely while meeting scheduled appointments and following all DOT regulations. Ensure placarding of the vehicle meets DOT regulations. Maintain paperwork including expense reports, timesheets, vehicle inspection reports, manifests, and job sheets. Inspect truck equipment and supplies such as tires, lights, brakes, gas, oil, and water. Perform other duties as assigned

Shift :

Typically 10 -12 hour shifts, Monday – Friday, plus 1 Weekend a month

Requirements:

High School Diploma / GED preferred. Must be 21 years or older, due to interstate travel in a commercial vehicle and federal regulations. Minimum 2 years of CDL driving experience, tanker experience strongly preferred. CDL Class A with Tanker endorsements. HazMat endorsement is preferred but not required. Clean driving record. Ability to use a tablet for E-Logs.
