What you’ll need to succeed as a Truck Driver at
XPOMinimumqualifications:
Be at least 21 years of age Valid Class A commercial driver’s license Safe driving record and history Currently possess or be willing to obtain hazardous materials,tank vehicle and doubles/triples endorsements within 90 days ofemployment Pass a DOT drug test and have no prior positive tests orrefusals in the last 3 years Hold a valid DOT Medical Certification Card or pass acompany-paid DOT physical Available to work a flexible schedule that’s up to 12-14 hoursa day, including day, night and weekend shifts

Forklift experience Currently possess hazardous materials, tank vehicle anddoubles/triples endorsements About the Truck Driver JobPay,benefits and more: Home daily Pay starts at $27.77/hour 1st Shift, 6:30am – 6:00pm Full health insurance benefits on day one Life and disability insurance Earn up to 13 days PTO over your first year 9 paid company holidays 401(k) option with company match Education assistance This is a Motor Carrier Act Exempt position What you’ll do on atypical day: Safely operate a tractor-trailer combination, including doublesand triples Provide excellent service to customers, including generatingsales leads Load and unload freight Truck Drivers are required to: Lift objects of various shapes, sizes and weights (frequentlyup to 50 lbs. and occasionally greater than 75 lbs.); move andposition a converter dolly with an average weight/pull force ofapproximately 128 lbs. Safely climb in/out of a tractor cab/trailer Sit for extended periods in a truck tractor and/or on aforklift; safely operate heavy equipment and a forklift Walk and stand for extended periods on various surfaces thatmay be uneven or slippery (including working outdoors in inclementweather) Reach (including above your head), bend, climb, push, pull,twist, squat and kneel Operate a tractor-trailer combination for up to 11 consecutivehours, in all types of weather, while safely transportinghazardous/non-hazardous materials Don’t have your CDL-A yet?
