We believe the outdoors should challenge andinspire us. As a test driver, you’ll play a critical role inshaping the future of off-road vehicles by operating vehiclesthrough prescribed engineered test routes in real-world conditions.

KEYRESPONSIBILITIES

Operate Off-Road Vehicles in a variety ofterrains and weather conditions to evaluate performance,durability, and safety. Execute structured test plans and providedetailed feedback on vehicle handling, ride quality, and systemfunctionality. Document test results using digital tools andweb-based systems, including daily logs, performance notes, andincident reports. Identify and report issues related to vehicleperformance, safety, and reliability, offering recommendations forimprovements. Collaborate with engineering teams to test prototypeand production vehicles, contributing to product development andrefinement. Capture and upload digital photos of test vehicles andcomponents for documentation and analysis. Maintain a safe andorganized work environment, adhering to all OSHA and company safetystandards. Adapt to changing assignments and test priorities with apositive, team-oriented attitude. Travel occasionally to off-sitetesting locations as needed.

QUALIFICATIONS

Must be 18 years orolder with a valid driver’s license. Strong off-road driving skillsand familiarity with vehicles preferred. High school diploma orequivalent required; technical or vocational training in mechanicalor automotive fields is a plus. Mechanical aptitude and basicrepair knowledge of off-road vehicles. Proficient with computersand digital data entry; experience with data acquisition systems isa plus. Ability to safely operate vehicles for extended periods inrugged environments. Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capableof working independently. Welding, fabrication, or engine knowledgeis a bonus.
