The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive repair and diagnostics, along with excellent customer service skills. This role involves operating various vehicles, including flatbed trucks and tow trucks, while ensuring the highest standards of safety and efficiency. Duties Operate commercial vehicles, including flatbed and tow trucks, adhering to all safety regulations. • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving conflicts effectively. Conduct routine inspections of vehicles to identify maintenance needs. Maintain accurate records of repairs, services performed, and vehicle conditions. Collaborate with team members to enhance operational efficiency and service quality. Skills • Strong conflict management skills to handle customer concerns professionally. Valid driver’s license with experience in commercial driving, particularly with manual transmission vehicles. Ability to operate tow trucks safely and efficiently.
