Field Operator/Driver Position Available In Union, North Carolina

Field Operator/Driver Bin Blasters South Charlotte Waxhaw, NC 28173 Provide high quality customer service while directly contributing to growing the overall business. This position will be responsible for the day-to-day operations and the execution of the cleaning route. Common daily activities would include planning that day’s route, moving from customer-to-customer cleaning garbage bins, filling the water tank, emptying the grey water capture, securing the trailer and vehicle at night. Periodically this role would need to maintain the trailer and vehicle appearance as well as take equipment for necessary service and maintenance. While not completing operational duties, this role would be expected to support marketing activities by distributing promotional materials while in neighborhoods, visiting local business, providing demos to perspective clients and other business development related items. Start time each day is flexible, half days Monday and Fridays could be an option.

Job Requirements/Qualifications :

Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks Previous home service or door to door sales experience would be a plus Previous service industry experience would be a plus Knowledge of the area (Ballantyne, Waxhaw, Wedington) and surrounding neighborhoods would be a plus Comfortable going door to door and approaching potential customers Familiarity with social media platforms and comftorable being in photos and videos Ability to lift up to 50 pounds Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
