The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting passengers safely, comfortably, and efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of various driving techniques and the ability to operate different types of vehicles, including ambulatory vehicles and accessibility vans. A commitment to safety, exceptional customer service, and a positive attitude are essential for success in this position. Responsibilities Safely operate a variety of vehicles, including ambulatory vehicles and accessibility vans. Ensure timely delivery of passengers to designated locations while adhering to traffic laws and safety regulations. Conduct pre-trip inspections of vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition and report any maintenance issues. Follow all company policies related to safety, vehicle maintenance, and customer service. Assist passengers with boarding and disembarking, ensuring a safe and comfortable experience. Provide excellent customer service by addressing passenger needs and concerns promptly. Participate in ongoing training and professional development to enhance driving skills and customer service techniques. Qualifications Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Must pass National & State Criminal Background Checks, Pre-employment, and annually thereafter.

Drug & Alcohol Screen Results:

Pre-employment, Post-Accident, Upon suspicion, and Random per current FTA regulation. Experience driving ambulatory vehicles; familiarity with accessibility vans is preferred. Strong knowledge of local traffic laws and regulations. Excellent time management skills with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Good communication skills to interact with customers and team members effectively. Previous experience in logistics or transportation is preferred but not required.
