The ideal candidate will be responsible for transporting goods safely and efficiently while providing excellent customer service. This role requires strong driving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to handle heavy lifting and various warehouse tasks. Duties Safely operate delivery vehicles to transport goods to designated locations. Load and unload products using equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts. Follow designated routes and schedules while ensuring timely deliveries. Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage and fuel consumption. Provide exceptional customer service during interactions with clients at delivery points. Conduct routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues promptly. Assist with warehouse duties as needed, including inventory management and organization. Skills Proficient in operating manual transmission vehicles. Experience in commercial driving with a valid driver’s license. Strong customer service skills to ensure positive interactions with clients. Ability to perform route driving efficiently while adhering to safety regulations. Capability of heavy lifting and moving items as required for deliveries. Familiarity with warehouse operations and equipment handling, including pallet jacks and forklifts. Excellent time management skills to meet delivery deadlines effectively.
